This quality Michigan cutting board is made of solid Northern Maple with an edge grain in the best of butcher block tradition. The cutting board features a food-safe natural oil finish that seals and protects the wood and provides an ideal cutting surface. The top edge of the cutting board has a small radius, and the bottom edge of the cutting board is square. This Michigan cutting board is available in small and large sizes and is not reversible.
