Our Limited Return Policy

The artist takes great care in creating her reborn dolls and polymer clay dolls creations. Special attention is made to every detail to make it as life-like as possible or to customize it according to your request.

Returns are considered on an individual basis. If you are not happy with your reborn doll, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will see if something can be worked out. All return requests must be made and validated within 48 hours of receipt, no exceptions.

There are no cash returns. WE WILL DO MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY.
