Maple Cream is made from 100% Michigan-made maple syrup – nothing else! The sap is cooked a bit past the syrup stage, then whipped as it cools. The end result begs to be added to your coffee, on top of ice cream, over warm pound cake or coffee cake, or drizzled over mixed berries, pears or crunchy apple slices for a delectable dessert.
