Shipping Information:

All in stock items are shipped same day or next business day. If time is an issue please contact us before you order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us. A refund will be issued minus shipping if item is returned within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition item was shipped in. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
If an item is received damaged, contact us right away to resolve the issue. Great care is given when packaging Kristin & Co Candles for shipping, however occasionally an item can get damaged during shipment. Per shipping company’s requirements, in order to submit a claim, pictures of the broken glass and the packaging is required.
Due to our timeliness in processing orders, cancellations may not be available. However you may contact us and we will cancel the order if it has not been processed.
