Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a refund will be issued minus shipping if item is returned within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition item was shipped in. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 7 days (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
