Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a refund will be issued minus shipping if item is returned within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition item was shipped in. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Made to order and custom made products are not eligible for refunds.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Broken, Damaged, or Defective Items
Every attempt is made to pack your product securely. However breakage does occur in shipment. If this happens, please take a picture of the box and the broken or damaged product. Then contact us
It is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance when ordering glass or breakable items. That option will be available in the shopping cart upon checkout. If your package gets lost or damaged in shipment, it is covered with the insurance and you can get a refund or have a new item shipped.
