Refund Policy

Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a refund may be issued minus shipping1 cost. Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and in the same condition item was shipped in2. A restocking fee may apply. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please refer to product page return policy for specific information about returning the product you purchased.

If a refund is approved, you should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement.

Broken, Damaged, or Defective Items

Every attempt is made to pack your product securely. However breakage does occur in shipment. If this happens, please take a picture of the box and the broken or damaged product. Then contact us immediately.

Shipping Insurance

It is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance when ordering glass or breakable items. That option will be available in the shopping cart upon checkout. If your package gets lost or damaged in shipment, it is covered with the insurance and you can get a refund or have a new item shipped. USPS has gotten very strict with covering damaged items in shipment. If you do receive a damaged product, pictures of the broken product packaging around the product, and the package it is placed in is required by USPS.
