 You can protect your package against loss or damage during shipping with insurance. If ordering glass items, we highly recommend that you add the insurance option to your order. In case of breakage, the product will be replaced and shipped free of charge.If damage does happen and we are forced to make an insurance claim, the first thing the shipper will examine is the packaging. Therefore geat care is taken in the packaging of products to provide adequate safety for the rigors of shipping – including use of strong boxes or padded envelopes, bubble wrap, styrofoam “popcorn” to fill empty space, and packing tape.
In most shipping cases, the customer is provided an email from the shipper to indicate when the product shipped including a tracking number to track the package.
