On the product description page, if the recipe kit does not contain gluten, it will state “Gluten free”. The recipe kits do not contain fillers, nitrates dyes, additives or preservatives. Cool idea of spices ready to go, it makes cooking easy and it is cheaper, most of the kits are about what you would pay for one spice or herb. I wont have to buy another herb or spices that i will only use once, or that will expire before i get to use them again. Everything is in a packet ready to use, they even include a recipe with it.
